Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Identify and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
- Gather client feedback and insights to refine product offerings and service delivery.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and workshops to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management (1-3+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to business.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate (work permit assistance may be provided for exceptional candidates).
