Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate and qualify high-potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and market demand.
- Negotiate and close complex deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster a high-performing, collaborative sales culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Bali and broader Indonesian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, with existing networks in Bali being a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
