Responsibility
- Support the Universal Banking Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the APAC region.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions, including banks and credit unions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential leads.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Finastra’s solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, contracts, and sales documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the APAC region as required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
