Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for CNC machine tools in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including manufacturers, workshops, and industrial businesses, to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Alpha CNC Group’s machinery.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, engineers, and business owners.
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and follow-up to ensure client success and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of CNC machine tools, including milling, turning, and multi-axis systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel within Bali and other regions as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
