Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, market research, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
