Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pneumatic and electric heaters to industrial clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, automation, and energy sectors.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of our heating solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical background in industrial products is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, automation, or heating solutions.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic and electric heating systems and their applications in industrial settings.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
