Responsibility

  • Territory Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in assigned regions of Bali.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, engage, and secure new business partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Commercial Program Execution: Lead the rollout of sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management and conversion.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and ROI analyses for management review.
  • Customer Engagement: Represent PMFTC at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is highly desirable.
