Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Bali’s marketplace.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and events to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to deliver accurate and compelling sales pitches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketplace or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
