Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in Baliâs marketplace.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and events to boost brand visibility.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to deliver accurate and compelling sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketplace or retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
