Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and government agencies to secure partnerships and contracts.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements, highlighting the company’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on progress and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections and stay updated on market developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with the Bali construction market and existing networks in the industry are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
