Responsibility

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in AI, Social Media, and Web3 to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with tech startups, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility and collaboration.
  • Create persuasive business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials tailored to high-value clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitors, trends, and customer needs, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, sponsorships, and joint ventures, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business development strategies with company goals and customer demands.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, ROI, partnership growth) and report on performance to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in tech, digital media, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of AI, blockchain, Web3, and social media ecosystems with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Experience in Southeast Asian markets or international business development is highly desirable.
