Responsibility

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging enterprise clients in need of GenAI, cloud computing, and data analytics solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts in Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized solutions that address client pain points.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to C-level executives, showcasing BytePlus’s competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS to position BytePlus as a thought leader.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale onboarding and support.
  • Provide market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in AI, cloud computing, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or BytePlus Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients in Southeast Asia or global markets.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
