Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the artisan, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
