Responsibility
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and identify emerging trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company-wide objectives.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in sales management, with a track record of exceeding targets in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in IT solutions, business systems, or SaaS is highly advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent in English with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
