Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to identify technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase AllTerraâs construction technologies and their competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring client satisfaction with implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position AllTerra as a market leader.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the companyâs presence in Southeast Asia.
- Document client feedback and market insights to guide product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction, building materials, or engineering solutions.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia and internationally for client meetings and training.
