Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to streamline sales processes.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for route optimization to enhance field sales efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Utilize advanced analytics and digital tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to integrate digital solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and user training.
- Design and implement digital sales tools (e.g., CRM, mobile apps, AI-driven platforms) to boost productivity and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular audits of digital sales processes to identify gaps and recommend innovative solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in sales digitalization.
- Foster a culture of digital adoption and innovation within the sales team through training, workshops, and change management strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales digitalization, CRM management, or sales operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SFA, DMS, route optimization tools, and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python for data analysis is highly desirable.
