Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to assess financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and financial literacy to ensure informed decision-making.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, documentation, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, financial services, banking, or loan processing (fresh graduates with strong sales potential will be considered).
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan processes, and credit assessment (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, loan management software) and ability to use mobile applications for reporting.
