Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential growth areas in Baliâs dynamic market.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Represent FJ Primeholding Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role (e.g., Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
