Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve branch revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, businesses, and community stakeholders in Bali.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with KB Bank’s sales policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute localized campaigns and promotions.
- Drive digital banking adoption and cross-selling of KB Bank’s financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a branch or regional capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
