As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our portfolio of high-value clients. Your ability to communicate fluently in English and build long-term partnerships will be critical to your success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences and meet contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and propose solutions.
- Prepare and present strategic account plans, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and growth initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on account status, pipeline, and revenue projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Prior experience in the Indonesian market or with multinational clients is a plus.
