Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets in assigned territories across Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive growth.
  • Execute brand strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution plans.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
