Responsibility

  • Identify and understand client technical requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create competitive proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase value propositions.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and proposals.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or services relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
