Responsibility
- Identify and understand client technical requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create competitive proposals and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and proposals.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or services relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
