Responsibility
- Engage with SME clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable business loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, from initial consultation to document submission and disbursement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite loan approvals and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client outreach and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting business loans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
