Responsibility
- Visit assigned locations within Bali to promote and sell company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collect and report market feedback to the sales team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Excel).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
