Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
