Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities, to introduce CoDev’s staffing solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
- Qualify leads by understanding client pain points, staffing needs, and budget considerations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into opportunities and closed deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in healthcare staffing.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (healthcare or staffing industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry or staffing solutions is advantageous.
