Responsibility

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dormitory operators, corporate partners, and foreign worker communities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales metrics and market feedback.
  • Support the implementation of digital solutions (MyMA & TPAC) to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing business deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital solutions and tech-driven business models is a plus.
