Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners in Bali, ensuring alignment with ServAuto’s brand values and operational standards.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive franchise expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped opportunities in the automotive aftersales sector.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both ServAuto and franchisees.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Monitor franchise performance, addressing challenges and implementing improvement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to develop tools, resources, and campaigns that support franchise success.
- Represent ServAuto at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or automotive industry, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, financial projections, and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for franchise development activities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and franchise management software is a plus.
