Responsibility
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to track KPIs and metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue growth or cost reduction.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using VBA, macros, or Python to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align operational processes with business objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management with clear, actionable insights.
- Optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) by cleaning data, refining workflows, and ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and contract compliance to mitigate risks and ensure profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query, data validation).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong SQL or Python skills for data extraction and manipulation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role with tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
