Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs, with performance-based incentives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Document all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in CRM systems accurately and promptly.
- Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to refine sales techniques and product expertise.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage professional clients.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle rejection positively.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta).
