Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate clients for training and digital solutions.
- Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in corporate training or digital services.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
