You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, distributors, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
  • Represent Hume Cement at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
