Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-value leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored property or service solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s real estate and development sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, property, or construction.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment with a passion for closing deals.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
