Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new buildings and properties for network expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property management offices and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of connectivity solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on site acquisition progress and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for site acquisitions.
- Represent Freshtel Internet at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or site acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications or internet service industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
