Based in the scenic and strategically located Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), you’ll work closely with existing clients to generate sales orders, resolve inquiries, and strengthen our market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of Agro Boga Utama’s agricultural product distribution network.

Responsibility
- Confirm and finalize sales agreements with clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and track product deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and intact receipt (after-sales support).
- Generate and process sales orders for existing clients, maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agricultural clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate product distribution and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, market trends, and client feedback.
- Participate in local agricultural events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Agro Boga Utama’s products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural, FMCG, or distribution sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales order processing systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung region and occasionally to other parts of Bali.
- Basic understanding of agricultural products, supply chains, or farming practices is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal or company-provided transportation.
