Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase INGCO’s offerings and address client needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand INGCO’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the B2B or industrial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
