Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Present and promote property listings to potential buyers or tenants through compelling presentations and tours.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements to close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to build long-term client loyalty and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
- Stay updated on legal regulations, market conditions, and company policies affecting property transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software, property databases, or sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a passion for the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
