Responsibility
- Identify and engage prospective students through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Provide comprehensive information about Metropolitan College's programs, admission requirements, and benefits to potential students.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to expand the student pipeline.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, open days, and webinars to promote the college.
- Track and report on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
