Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to deliver high-quality event solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and maintaining open communication.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
