Responsibility

  • Prospect and Convert Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute tailored sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pitch Products/Services: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Close deals by negotiating terms, pricing, and service agreements that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Build Client Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients through regular follow-ups, needs assessments, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s service sector to refine sales approaches.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the service, hospitality, or tourism industry.
  • Target-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including key industries (hospitality, tourism, real estate) and cultural nuances.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing market conditions, and persist in achieving goals.
