Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and client expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including enterprises, SMEs, and government sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for tech products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase JESS Technology’s innovative solutions.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the technology or IT sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of tech solutions (e.g., software, hardware, cloud services) and market trends.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia, preferably with knowledge of the Indonesian market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
