Responsibility
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and issue quotations to potential clients, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with the outdoor sales team to follow up on leads, track progress, and ensure smooth handover of customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all interactions and transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that can enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in indoor sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin, will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in any of the specified locations in Bali.
