Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Promote and present Besins Healthcare’s pharmaceutical products to targeted medical institutions and practitioners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare industry trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
