Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate buyers in Bali’s luxury market.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend premium vehicles that align with their lifestyle and budget.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and Emperor Motors’ inventory to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, test drives, and exclusive client experiences.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to delivery—ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer journey.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, sales pipelines, and client interactions for maximum efficiency.
- Represent Emperor Motors at industry events, auto shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury sales, automotive sales, or high-ticket B2C/B2B sales (minimum 2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, are a plus).
- Strong understanding of luxury automotive brands, features, and market positioning.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, including expatriates, tourists, and local elites.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and events.
