Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to structure competitive payment plans and loan packages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with the logistics team.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about the automotive industry.
