Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the telecommunications, ISP, and corporate sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential opportunities for colocation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits of our tower and colocation solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, revenue targets) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the telecom or IT infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a contract-based or commission-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, colocation services, and network solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia for client meetings.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
