As a key member of our sales team, you will identify, engage, and convert enterprise prospects by delivering tailored network solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your role will involve strategic relationship-building, market analysis, and collaborative solution design to position Extreme Broadband as the preferred partner for cutting-edge broadband and networking services.

Responsibility
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and market research to expand the client portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized network solutions.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, demonstrations, and business cases to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, high-performance network solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in networking and broadband.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT solutions, or networking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, broadband solutions, and enterprise IT needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
