Your mission will be to design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns—spanning email, social media, digital platforms, and direct outreach—to expand our client base and fuel revenue growth. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies across email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and digital platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine outreach tactics and identify high-value prospects in niche industries.
  • Create and optimize personalized outreach campaigns, including cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences to maximize response rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality, ROI) using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to refine strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive networking, referrals, and partnership development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and sales automation.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to innovate new approaches for scaling lead acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, error-free messages.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and lead tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and the ability to qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
