Responsibility
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies across email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and digital platforms to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine outreach tactics and identify high-value prospects in niche industries.
- Create and optimize personalized outreach campaigns, including cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up sequences to maximize response rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals and campaign objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead quality, ROI) using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to refine strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive networking, referrals, and partnership development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and sales automation.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to innovate new approaches for scaling lead acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, error-free messages.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and lead tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and the ability to qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Mailchimp), and social selling techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
