Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s air and sea freight services.
- Prepare and present customized shipping solutions tailored to client needs, including cost estimates and transit timelines.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients, carriers, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to stay ahead of changes in global logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of freight shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue targets using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, international freight forwarding, or shipping (air/sea cargo preferred).
- Strong understanding of freight operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier coordination.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) to communicate with global clients and partners.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build trust with clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
