Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new hotel and resort clients in Baliās luxury hospitality market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, revenue directors, and travel agency partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for client properties.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts for room blocks, corporate rates, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for client properties.
- Provide data-driven insights and revenue forecasts to optimize pricing and inventory management for partners.
- Represent Wipro at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in hotel sales, business development, or account management within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct bookings).
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally internationally for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
