Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor product solutions that meet client needs and drive satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Represent INGCO at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Passion for sales, a competitive spirit, and a desire to exceed targets.
